1. CONTRACT

1.1 You can order a transfer site www.transfer-dusseldorf.ru, e-mail, phone, fax or letter.

1.2 The transfer fee is calculated individually and depends on the number of passengers, luggage, distance and travel time.

1.3 Only after processing and confirmation of our order is accepted for execution.

1.4 Orders for the transfer via the website and by e-mail are accepted not earlier than 24 hours before the start of the supply of the vehicle.

1.5 The price includes: transportation, driver, fuel, while waiting for 15 minutes outside the hotel, train station or at the airport up to 40 minutes after the landing of the aircraft, then hourly pay. After this time, taken an additional charge for the wait, the price of the car category from 30,00 to 50,00 Euro per hour.

 
1.6 The price does not include: parking, tip the driver.

 
2. PAYMENT

2.1 Payment is made: by bank transfer, by credit card, payment system PayPal, the driver in cash (in €). If you pay by credit card or PayPal will be charged to the customer for settlement services in the amount of 3% of the total.

2.2 In some cases, a prepayment of at least 50% for order over 1000 €.

3. The cancellation of the order

3.1 Failure of the trip shall be made only in writing via e-mail, mail or fax.

3.2 In case of cancellation more than 25 days - 10% of the cost
failure 25 days before the trip - 20% of the cost
Cancellations 48 hours before the trip - 50% of the cost
Cancellations 24 hours before the trip - 100% of the cost

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

4.1 If the objective circumstances affecting the trip, such as a strike, border delays, waiting in traffic jams, bad weather claims of the customer are not accepted.

4.2. The company is responsible for failure to services caused by force majeure.

4.3. All claims for transfer received in writing no later than three days after the date of transfer. After this period the Customer's claims are not accepted.

4.4 Smoking and drinking alcohol in the car is forbidden.

4.5 If the fault of the customer or the car interior of the car suffered damage, the client is obliged to reimburse the losses.

4.6 The Company undertakes to replace the defective vehicle if the trip takes place during a car crash.

4.7 In the case of incorrect contact information (wrong phone, e-mail), if it jeopardize the transfer, the company disclaims any liability. The claims in this case are not accepted.

5. Passport and Visa formalities, medical insurance

5.1 The journey must have a passport, medical insurance and visa, if necessary, country visits. For damage caused by the absence of insurance, visa or passport number, the company is not responsible.
